About Us
Pastor Sammy Reed was born on May 3, 1969 in Cincinnati, OH to his proud parents Sam and Patty Reed. Later in his life he married his beautiful wife and Co-Pastor, Sherry Reed. They have three daugters Stephanie, Samantha, and Shelby and a son Sammy Jr. Pastor Sammy Reed has always been around the outpouring of the Holy Ghost. He was raised in a small Pentecostal church called Miracle Temple, pastored by his grandpa Letcher Turner from Breathitt County, Kentucky. This is where Pastor Sammy Reed not only learned about, but got to see the presence of God save, heal, set free, and deliver those that were in need. Pastor Sammy Reed got saved at the age of seventeen, then got married at the age of twenty one. He began preaching at the age of twenty three, but later became pastor of Community Pentecostal Worship Center at the age of thirty.
Co-Pastor Sherry Reed grew up in Florida as Pastor's kid. When she was three years old she began to sing for the Lord. As a teenager she traveled with her family, "The Highsmiths" and sang and held revivals across the country. At the age of seventeen, while singing with her family in Ohio, she met Pastor Sammy Reed and four months later on December 28, 1990, they got married. Co-Pastor Sherry accepted and stepped into the calling of preaching God's word in year 2003. Today she is a wife, mother of four, minister and Co-Pastor of Community Pentecostal Worship Center.
